Spatial EcoTyper is a versatile framework designed for the systematic identification of spatial cellular communities, termed spatial ecotypes, from single-cell spatial transcriptomics data. In addition, it provides unified methods for the recovery of spatial ecotypes across multiple data modalities. This site hosts the associated software, data sets, and supplementary materials.
Spatial EcoTyper and associated software were developed in the Newman Lab and are provided free of charge for non-commercial research use only. Please see the LICENSE file for more details.
